Hironao Kunimitsu

Founder / Chairman

Born in 1974. After graduating from Santa Monica College in the United States, he joined AtMovie, Inc. in May 2004. In the same year, he was appointed as a director and was in charge of producing movies and TV dramas and launching new businesses. He established gumi Inc. in June 2007 as founder/CEO. He then resigned from the company in July 2021. Since August 2021, he has been the CEO of Thirdverse Inc., and will assume the role of Chairman in August 2024.

Masaru Ohnogi

Co-Founder / CEO

He has gained a broad and powerful global network and deep knowledge of VR games through investment in VR startups, discovering partner companies, and launching incubators in Finland and South Korea over the past five years. In the United States, he has been involved in management from various aspects, such as business, marketing, and content quality, while collaborating with platforms and other VR-related companies. He will assume the position of CEO of Thirdverse Inc. in August 2024.

Satoshi Ban

Co-Founder / CBO

Over 20 years of industry experience as a game producer for the PlayStation business at Sony Interactive Entertainment. Joined Google in 2018 as a Business Development Manager, responsible for business development and corporate sales. Became Director and COO of Thirdverse in June 2020, and will assume the role of Director and CBO in August 2024.

Takafumi Inagawa

Co-Founder / CFO

Joined JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. as a fresh graduate in 2009 and became involved in venture capital operations. In 2015, he moved to gumi Inc., where he led the launch and managed the investment business of a fund specialized in VR and blockchain fields. In October 2021, he transitioned to Thirdverse, Inc. and took on the role of a director and CFO.
